Our Story
The
foundation as our defense/philosophy system is has its roots in the
Chinese martial arts tradition. We
have named our school, The Sài Lóng (Running Dragon) Xué
(instruction) system of personal growth tailored to each person.
We
do not have group classes, as the programs being strictly one-on-one
private instruction.

No previous martial arts
experience,

our policies),
males and females are both welcome.

must be willing to work hard and learn. No egos or attitudes
allowed.

Our students are adults who want to experience
martial arts without being disrespected, yelled at or dealing with
crowds.

under 18 are trained.
